Terms & Conditions

Please review the terms below before booking your flight with us.

Late Arrivals

All passengers should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time. Unfortunately, we are not held accountable for latecomers and reserve the right to release the flight as planned.

Cancellation Policy by Passengers

  • A 100% refund will be granted if the tour is cancelled more than 96 hours prior to departure.
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the tour is cancelled 48 to 96 hours prior to departure.
  • No refund will be granted for tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to departure.

Cancellation by Helicopter Ride and Tours Dubai

If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or technical issues with the aircraft, the customer will be notified by phone or email. A full refund will be issued, or rescheduling can be arranged.

Refund Policy

The refund process requires completing and signing a refund form accompanied by supporting documents. The refunded amount will be credited to the provided bank account within 7 working days.

Conditions of Carriage

We reserve the right to offload any passenger or item if it is suspected to be unsafe, or may be harmful to the aircraft, crew or passengers.

Passenger Restriction

Only passengers aged 2 years and above are permitted to fly and required to purchase a seat. Children under 2 years of age are not allowed on the helicopter. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are not permitted to fly alone and must be accompanied by a guardian. Pregnant individuals are allowed to fly for up to 32 weeks, but we strongly recommend consulting your doctor and obtaining approval to ensure you are fit to participate in the helicopter tour.

Guests with Disability

We are happy to accept the booking, provided the passenger is accompanied by a companion who can assist with boarding and deboarding during the flight.

Weight Restriction

Sharing Flight: The maximum allowed body weight per passenger is 110 kg on shared flights. Passengers exceeding this limit must contact us and purchase an additional seat to safely balance the helicopter.

Exclusive Flight: The maximum total weight limit per flight is 450 kg, in accordance with the aircraft's weight and balance limitations. Exceeding this limit may result in delays to the scheduled flight time.

Prohibited Items

Hazardous materials, explosives, weapons, flammable liquids, foods and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights.

Insurance

Passengers are insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation regulations.

Timings

Subject to prevailing weather conditions, we operate daily, year-round, from our Dubai heliports including Atlantis, The Palm.
