Cancellation by passengers
Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled departure:
Cancelled more than 96 hours before departure
Cancelled 48 to 96 hours before departure
Cancelled less than 48 hours before departure
Cancellation by us
If a tour is cancelled due to bad weather or technical issues with the aircraft, we will notify you by phone or email. A full refund will be issued, or rescheduling can be arranged at no extra cost.
Late arrivals
All passengers should arrive for check-in no later than 45 minutes before departure. We are not held accountable for latecomers and reserve the right to release the flight as planned.
Refund process
The refund process requires completing and signing a refund form accompanied by supporting documents. The refunded amount will be credited to the provided bank account within 7 working days.
