Choosing the right Dubai helicopter tour
Durations, prices, landmarks and tips to help you pick the perfect flight.
Which tour is right for you?
We run six sightseeing routes over Dubai, from a twelve-minute introduction to a full hour over the emirate. The right one depends on how much you want to see, your budget and whether you prefer a shared seat or a private aircraft. Shared flights are priced per guest and are the best value for solo travellers and couples; private charters give you the whole helicopter — up to five seats — for a celebration, family or VIP experience. Here is how the tours compare.
Short tours — a first taste (12–17 min)
If you want the icons without a long flight, start here. City Scapes (12 minutes, from AED 715 per guest) is the quickest way to see the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, the coastline and the Palm Jumeirah. Fun Ride (15 minutes, from AED 921) adds the Jumeirah Beach coastline and the World Islands. The Iconic Tour (17 minutes, from AED 979) focuses on Dubai's most photographed landmarks, including Atlantis, The Palm and Downtown Dubai. These are perfect for first-time flyers and anyone short on time.
The grand loop (25 min)
City Circuit (25 minutes, from AED 1,450 per guest) is our most popular longer shared tour. It pairs the futuristic skyline of Sheikh Zayed Road with the heritage architecture of Dubai Creek, then sweeps past the Arabian Gulf, Jumeirah Lake Towers and the glittering Dubai Marina. If you want a complete overview of the city in one flight, this is the sweet spot between price and coverage.
Private grand tours (40–60 min)
For the ultimate experience, the Imperial Tour (40 minutes, private, AED 11,463 for up to five) reaches far beyond the centre — Jebel Ali Port, Palm Jebel Ali, Ski Dubai, the Dubai Canal and every signature landmark in between. The Gulf Desert Tour (60 minutes, private, AED 15,593) is our most complete flight, covering the full sweep of city, coast and desert at an unhurried pace. Both are private charters, ideal for special occasions and guests who want to see it all.
Shared vs private
A shared flight means you join other guests on a fixed route at a per-seat price — the most affordable way to fly. A private charter reserves the entire helicopter for your group, so you choose your departure time and enjoy the cabin with only the people you bring. Private tours are the natural choice for proposals, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate guests, and for anyone who wants the freedom of an exclusive flight.
What's included
Every tour includes a professional, licensed pilot, a pre-flight safety briefing, an air-conditioned cabin with large panoramic windows and noise-cancelling headsets so you can hear the in-flight commentary. You'll have a clear window seat and plenty of photo opportunities throughout. Routes can adjust slightly with weather and air-traffic conditions, but the views remain spectacular.
Pricing and booking tips
Shared prices are per guest; private prices cover the whole aircraft. Under aviation regulations every passenger needs their own seat, so children are charged at full price. Due to limited availability we recommend booking at least two days in advance, and earlier during peak season. To reserve, pick your tour and contact us by form, WhatsApp or phone with your date and group size — we'll confirm availability and the best heliport, usually within a few hours.
Best time to fly
You can fly almost any time of year thanks to Dubai's clear skies. Morning flights offer soft light and calm air, midday gives bright visibility across the islands, and golden hour before sunset bathes the skyline in warm tones that look stunning in photos. We operate seven days a week and schedule flights around your plans, so choose the slot that suits you best.
